Dear Sir / Madam,
By the
present letter, we formally call upon you and expressly place you before your
responsibilities, requesting the immediate, written, and official confirmation
or denial by ETAD as to whether any license, approval, or concession agreement
has been granted for the organization of the Free Earth Festival for the year
2026 at the facilities of Asprovalta Camping.
On
04/01/2026, a public announcement was posted on the official website of the
organizing company regarding the reorganization of the festival at the
above-mentioned location. This announcement gives rise to reasonable and
serious suspicions that:
a) either a relevant decision has already been taken or a contract has been concluded by your organization, or
b) the said announcement constitutes an arbitrary and unilateral action by a third party, without lawful approval.

b) the said announcement constitutes an arbitrary and unilateral action by a third party, without lawful approval.
In view of
the above, we hereby call upon you to inform us in writing, clearly and without
evasion, of the following:
• Whether
any decision, contract, or commitment of ETAD exists regarding the organization
of the festival in 2026.
• Whether specific, binding, and verifiable conditions have been imposed to ensure compliance with the applicable environmental, criminal, and administrative legislation.
• What is the legal and factual reasoning underlying any potential new licensing, despite the serious and well-documented violations that occurred during the previous organization of the event.
We remind
you that during our last communication, specific incidents and legal
deficiencies had been brought to your attention, including, among others:
–
Systematic and extensive violations of legislation on public quiet hours and
permissible noise limits, in breach of applicable police and environmental
regulations.
– Organization of an event lasting seven (7) days with continuous musical operation on a 24-hour basis, which manifestly exceeds any notion of a “cultural activity” and infringes upon public order, public health, and the rights of campers.
– Serious violations of sanitary and operational rules of the facilities, through acts and omissions that cannot be contractually remedied or legitimized.

– Serious violations of sanitary and operational rules of the facilities, through acts and omissions that cannot be contractually remedied or legitimized.
It is
expressly stated that any general and vague contractual clause allowing the
conduct of “cultural activities or open events” can neither legitimize unlawful
conduct nor exempt ETAD from its statutory responsibilities, particularly where
higher-ranking legal interests are infringed.
We make it
clear that ETAD, as the managing body of public property, bears an increased
duty of prevention, supervision, and compliance with legality—a responsibility
that cannot be transferred to campers or third-party organizers.
In light of
all the above, we hereby set a deadline of five (5) working days from receipt
of the present letter for your written response.
Failing
this, or in the event of confirmation of licensing without full and
demonstrable assurance of legality, we reserve all our lawful rights, and
hereby state that:
– A formal
extrajudicial notice, protest, and invitation will be immediately served upon
ETAD, seeking mandatory responses to the issues raised herein.
– A memorandum will be submitted before the Public Prosecutor of Thessaloniki, accompanied by supporting evidentiary material.
– Public interventions and press releases will follow in order to inform public opinion and the competent authorities.

The present
letter constitutes an express formal notice and reservation of rights and may
not be construed as tolerance or tacit acceptance of any unlawful act.
